Email signature

Fill this in, then copy or download. Don’t edit the result inside Outlook — come back here and regenerate it.

Off = no NMLS lines at all, including the company NMLS #1561 line. Only licensed roles need them.

One line, separated by |. Shown after the NMLS #.

The folder this page is published in. The signature links to assets/vanderbilt-mortgage-logo.png and assets/value-badges.png there — email can’t embed files from your computer. Auto-detected when served over https.

Arial on purpose — recipients won’t have the brand font, and Outlook substitutes fonts it can’t find. Shown on white, which is what most inboxes use.

This page isn’t being served from an https:// address, so the copied signature points its images at a placeholder. Publish the site (or set the hosted URL under “Image hosting”) before people use it.

Installing it

Classic Outlook (Windows) — most reliable: click Download .htm, then put the file in %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures\. Restart Outlook and pick it under File → Options → Mail → Signatures. Alternative: Copy for Outlook, open that same Signatures dialog, click into the editor, and paste.

New Outlook, Outlook for Mac, Outlook on the web — Copy for Outlook, then Settings → Accounts → Signatures, click into the editor, paste.

Why it breaks when edited: Outlook re-saves the signature through Word’s HTML engine, which rewrites spacing and drops styles. Any change — even fixing a digit — should be made here and re-copied.
